There is no work life balance in the company. They higher ups expect you to work 24/7 and if you raise any concerns u’ll be questioned with performance. Always salary is delayed and there will be no proper communications about it. Very low appraisal and if we raise any concerns then the company marks employees as under performer and lays them off without any proper reasons.
