I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The director level has become a joke right now. Plenty of favouritism, micromanagement and so on. Hard working individuals are sidelines and very immature people get promoted purely based on the closeness to this layer. Especially the backend directors have no direction whatsoever, they do what they like reigning superiority and putting their heads where it's not required. Micromanagement is rampant across. EMs and SDE3s have pretty much surrendered to this tyranny. This layer will not hesitate even for a moment to throw you under the bus the first instance something goes wrong and just talk about culture of ownership.
