I learned lots of things over there, experience lots of teaching aids, overall everything was good. We trained my workshops.

Dislikes

I hate convincing or you can say marketing which is done by teachers with target based, it doesn't fire you from your designation but it disturb teaching mind set. Yes marketing helps you to increase your communication and make you confident but all teacher do not like to roam here and there for admission purpose. They can hire PRO for such marketing.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
