My MD appreciate my work and also trust me. Good response from my management of my carrier. and also treat as a family member of our honorable MD. My suggestion will accepted my management. Good mutual response from my MD. and also my MD discussed all future ideas to me transparently. I am the senior office in this company. My management treat me as a asset of my company.
