Very less growth oppurtunity, less superiors support, less package increment even after completing the targets and giving growth no appreciation is given

Its very loadful. Very less time for personal life as one would be a customer care executive in other terms as sales guy is recieving almost 20-30 calls of client on daily basis, i.e little of bit out of field work .

Company policy is good but the Rsm and AGM are very poor they save their job .and lost job on pressure like TM ,ASM . SE.

The job is not Interested.there was no formal training session .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a test of different roles within the same team.

The staffs of Dr lal path lab has sequrity of work. And it’s provide all perks on time and company always take stand for there employ

As such I don’t dislike anything about the organisation. Only I think that there is less work load on Saturday. So if employees will get 2 day week off. They can work with more energy on Monday.
