Dr.jain video on wheels ltd is based on health sector as national ambulance service operations and management system .this job is very challenging and exciting and another benefit is this project is going on in my home District as a Patna .

Of course this job is very exciting and challenging but company management is very creued and not flexible . maximum time I have to work 12-14hors straight in day even hole night I have provide the services as a emergency service.some time we have received the call at night like after 12 o'clock and 1 o'clock.heartly I m saying thatI was devoted to my company and my nature of work but management level is very dull so this is very pain full....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
