My coteachers had lend me gud support because of which only I was able to work there

Dislikes

Workers politics they don't let newcomers come forward secondly they value parents suggestions about teachers however u must have confidence over ur chosen people

Work Details

Hectic lots and lots of corrections with no time given in school for the same

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
