Nothing to like, only problem we don't have jobs in education sector which pay well so continue in all conditions..:( Teaching quality degrading, only focus is on NIRF ranking

Dislikes

Government should take care of all these types of private institutions, what they are doing with employees? how they are harassing? and what pay scale they are providing really not on papers

If you wanna go in research they can help you by giving their name but again managing between teaching admin workload and research is difficult

no appraisal..not even basic benefits like PF, maternity leave,medical leave etc. Not at all a good place to work
