No, nothing have to like about dr Arora....this the very bad atmosphere to work and no growth here .....you only find the office politics and fights even physical fight.....pls don't go there ....even till now i have nightmare about dr Arora......there is no growth here #lala company

Here are the dislike....Everything..... working, culture, growth, team Bonding, sallery on time.....he is using very bad language and day by day the drama goes bigger and bigger......if you work there so have all these problems like ......stress ..... mental stress...... no family life ....even he disturbed your personal life .....so don't go there

Collegues I was worked. But inside the atmosphere is very bad.. no one can live more then 1 month. It's a completly lala company. No HR policies and company SOP's followed by Company. I have seen 6-7 staff left the company with in 2months of my joining.

No professionalism in work culture. Family interference is too much for very small things.

It's really a bad experience to work with. Company deduct your salary even you worked half day . They deduct whole day salary. You will never paid for extra hours but your salary will deduct if you work less hours.

Almost everything Bossy Manager litterely no where near the understanding of how to manage Dr Arora's wife omg a nightmare interferes in every business matter however no idea of nothing Salary 15th of every month 1 minute late to job rupees 1000 fine and work all day however no fixed time to leave I can go on but prefer not
