No work culture Old employees are jealous of new employees at the time of appraisal you will be laid off No fixed working hours Daily stay back after school Meetings going on till 1 am in the morning Inexperienced and unqualified heads of school Heads of schools are more into doing fraud in terms of money No knowledge of educational standards

It has a terrible work environment. Management comes up with new ideas overnight and expects the staff to accomplish the same. They are rude and disrespectful towards their employees.
