Promotion and appraisals are done based on the favoritism of the upper hand people. If I don't become one of their favourite( slave) then even if I work hard there won't be any appreciation, promotions n appraisal. I dislike these things the most at downtown

Work culture is awesome. Company gives importance to development of employees. This company gives proper training and prepare all staff to serve with proper care and concern to all customers. Employee safety and financial security is also taken care of. The Hospital has 5 food joints. Every year fastivals and anniversary is celebrated where all staff and doctors perform.

The job is quite interesting. It is my first job. I got many in house training as well as external training where I got to travel Delhi. I also got 4 increment also I got promotion within 4 years of job. Top management is very supportive.
