They don’t care about employees. Leaves are not approving, No increment 3 years but everyone working 15 hours daily minimum. No security in job.

They have good vfx projects and so more overtime without compensation.

No freedom for leaves, they can layoff you at any time and won't pay you for your unused leaves. They even deducted my one week leave from extended one month job because they needed artist support and inspite of serving 90 days period initially, was it my fault that they are extending the notice period after 90 days and expecting tonot take leaves.
