I am working for last 3years and still worked . Company is good and very heavy machinery’s used the my site . Production related very fast working. All is good

Work -life problems . Because 12hour duty . So life is unbalanced and salary is fixed no increments

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
