I would suggest anymore at any level join Dotpe. There is no job security/don't think of growth, it's totally revise of start-up culture. Work culture is pathetic, trust me no one can be relied on for process learning . This company has no future so no point of talking about company policies. It's not a employees centric company. Don't downgrade your cv by joining this company. It will just hamper your vision to grow....Read More
