This is with deep sense of trauma im informing you all that my review has been getting deleted by Fr George Mathew who is Executive Director of the organisation either by bribing or by reporting my Honest review which is highly unfair action aimed at suppressing me as I only mentioned about just these two people (George Mathew and Niveditha Antony working since 10 years with this organisation who was promoted by George Mathew in Dec 2023 on the basis of personal bond and the professional relationship they share with each other by judging people only if they feed their ego, most importantly I want to clarify that I don’t have any concern in regards to this respectful renowned organisation and its employees irrespective of any position or background but except these two because of them organisational image and funding graph has drastically gone down. I’m now re-writing this to my deeply negative experience in this organisation because of these two only After my honest review has been deleted, now you all can see how Unbelievably Most toxic and immensely biased polictics they both are playing and going beyond limits to protect their unfair treatments and removing people whenever they want not on the basis of any strong reasons but just Repo they have with the employees on flattery. Ms Niveditha Antony must have declared this to her flatterers and to George Mathew that I should be removed from the organisation as I always used to revert with professional logics which has badly Hurted her EGO AND GEORGE MATHEWS EGO. I Urge the most senior management to kindly take it seriously and IMMEDIATELY REPLACE NIVEDITHA ANTONY AND GEORGE MATHEW with highly professional, knowledgeable resource as she is hardly having any programmatic knowledge, highly humiliating, negative and interfering in rest of the departments operations. They can do anything to threat me delete my reviews, bribe people to harm me. Unfortunately they are the running the organisation in the name of God, I also believe in all forms of God but they’re not human at all, in fact while leaving when I said that no human does that he shamelessly said “you can call me InHuman”. And he was boasting about all the terminations he did in the organisation and those were really productive people and good people. I urge if you are honest to God and to your work, forward it as much as possible so that it reaches to the correct person, as my fight is not against the organisation its working for a great cause but only this Duo who have harassed me to the core, and harassing other employees who are not able to complaint because of their own problems and helplessness, but the team Sits in DBsM under Niveditha, be it state coordinator - Karnataka, RM - Karnataka, placement Executive who follow her to grow in the organisation without any performance justified. She is promoting forgery in uploading placement data, and the numbers are fake. They baselessly asked me to remove so many employees also, n never took the responsibility, never share the PIP since it’s all personal. I’m feeling extremely humiliated, and traumatised since one month, i request u to kindly upvote so that no one else should suffer like me. Don’t join them until this duo is removed....Read More
