Theyre keep on reporting n deleting the review, specially George Mathew who can go beyond limits to protect Ms. Niveditha Antony who has actually exploited the environment of the organisation. They both are there for the last 10 years an he promoted her in Dec 2023 without any performance justification as she hardly have any programmatic knowledge or skill to be at the HOD programs position, who increase placement numbers with the forged documents uploading n all sort of fake productivity, on the basis of the professional relationship n personal repo they share with reach other, he listens to her only irrespective of any justified logics. George Mathew has terminated several productive and good performing employees in the past based solely on Niveditha’s judgement n her personal rapport with them. Unfortunately, Ive also been a victim of this approach Also many employees in Bangalore terminated by State Coordinator Karnataka, n Regional Manager who are biased and too negative under her guidance n higher level politics. Which is supported by George Mathew. I urge the most respected honourable governing authority who have already acknowledged my complaint, to immediately replace both of them at the earliest as there’s nothing against the organisation, the organisation is really good but the graph has gone down due to these two and the environment is completely spoiled n made toxic by these two people only. She is supporting who are involved in some flattery or fake appreciation, but since I used to shut her and those who have tried to stop her illogical unfair poking treatments has been thrown out of the organisation. They’ve called me up to delete my honest reviews as there are a lot of employees who are suffering silently but due to their own helplessness n circumstances not able to stand against it, Niveditha has been asked to leave twice in the past but only because of George Mathew support she has reached to this point in the organisation. George Mathew, is the most baised and toxic Bosses I’ve ever seen who has turned completely blind for her. I’m not able to get over this trauma from last one month, and urge all of you who read this to share it as much as possible as they’ll keep trying to delete it and hide facts as theyre not good in handling their own reality.
