It is good to work with Don Bosco Tech. My personal experience about teammates is good and I enjoy working with people of different style. Job security is proportionally good in Don Bosco Tech. Regarding career growth I feel lot of stagnation is there. Good learning environment is there, it is for sure. Work environment is good without much innovations. Work life balance is ....ok.

Dislikes

Proper management is lacking. Planning is missing. When such things are around sometimes one feel frustrated. Better decision making can help to a lot extent and can improve output of an employee.Growth is too slow and can't be expected much.

Here I would like to say that some employee of Don Bosco Tech Society as a State coordinator are not loyal with the organization they spread wrong information about the other employee and their seniors which make many doubt Regarding a employee job security and future growth so I think Don Bosco Tech Society have to pay attention ontheir State coordinator activities because these are the person who fraud n cheat in huge amount with the organization. I am sure about given all statement because I have been part of Don Bosco Tech Society as a center manager and I face this all things to my state coordinator. Just because of my state coordinator he was jealous to my and my work because I work according to organization not according state coordinator because he just want to earn profit by employee. So I always denied to do work according state coordinator thats by I leave the Don Bosco Tech Society

I do everything like mobilization online registration Offline work prepare weekly report center managing and every other things Regarding office work. I don't have any mobilizer for mobilization anf don't have any placement officer who can suggest us.
