Staff is good. Being a Catholic College Management is in hands of Father's. There is too much of clash among Management. Each Father has adopted a department and all departments have different rules. Don't expect Mumbai university rules to be followed here.. Though the college is affiliated to MU. Management is unprofessional in documentation to the extent that it has led to closure of departments and loss of jobs. Management doesn't give increments for 2-4 years at one go. It's an Ok college to start career but you cannot build a long term career here....Read More

It is a chilled out institute. The focus remains mostly on sports and other activities which Don Bosco is famous for across India. The work environment is less stressful and friendly.

Dislikes

Social work courses have been introduced few years back hence it is still not reached its full potential. There an urgent need to emphasis on practical training,documentation for students and expose them to larger issues affecting the country. The focus is Goa centric and there is a mismatch between theory and practice, students are less enthusiastic to look and work outside Goa.
