Every one that Domino's create a brand image in every individual. Domino's services are also Good At thier Best Level . They Provide good and hygiene products as well as better option.

Dislikes

The Work environment in Domino's is very horrible seriously. The seniors staff members aren't know how to talk to their junior employees and how to manage the work desk , how to create an environment of Work force , how to train there's employees they are in different attitude. They think that they are The GDM and ASM 😂 .

Job security... And appraisal depends on your chamchagiri.. I run a store with very good KPI, Customer satisfaction and EBITDA was 20%, also food cost was very good. but I got only 7% appraisal... But one of employee got 9 %, everything is less than my store performance even EBITDA.
