I love to work with Domino's Pizza because we learnt lot of the things and grow professionally. Domino's though was " our people come first" that tag line always motivate us to work hard " Domino's growing i will develop our self and grow"

Top management frequently changed , so they are work for his job and take short term decisions .... They are not believe "our people come first" . Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
