Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

Job security... And appraisal depends on your chamchagiri.. I run a store with very good KPI, Customer satisfaction and EBITDA was 20%, also food cost was very good. but I got only 7% appraisal... But one of employee got 9 %, everything is less than my store performance even EBITDA.
