Very good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is huge amount of cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary package.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management address our issues.salary is decent and career grow is fast.there is a bond of 2 years before we can't resign.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learned everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

It adopt safe working atmosphere and frequency checking increased, those who are out of Qatar getting assurance for job security and salary

I was really left on my own during covid 19. My visa, insurance for me and my family was cancelled forcefully. My home country airport is still closed. I never expected my Company to treat me and my family in such a way during Covid.19

Talent is not honored. If you see my experience and exposure to company I never expected to be laid off.
