Dislikes

All is good. But lack of learning opportunities are there no body to guide in my platform . You say this is some time good but some time bad for your carrier.

Work Details

I am working in android java as team leader . All roles and responsibilities are done by me .Developing and testing both.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
