Job security excellent, Management also full supporting and company policies good, I am love the fact that i am pat of team, I an feeling very comfortable and proud working with DODSAL before 8 years.

Dislikes

-nothing talk about company, company policy, learning environment, work environment good. no politics but growth is very slow and some time i feel pressure in working.
