There is hardly anything good that I can remember. if you are a person without personal life or social life and dedicated to working without hours boundary then go ahead !!

Dislikes

You would be criticized even for taking breaks or receiving a call. scolded for no reasons and no limit to harsh words. Pathetic work culture and treatment of employees

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
