Nothing, there is no job security Salary and claims is never on time Chinese bosses are stupid who don't know anything about phones. Sales people are fooling the chinese and they don't even realise it. proper policy nahi hai, Kabhi bhi kuch bhi bol dete hain. Kabhi bhi kisi ko bhi fire kar dete hain koi notice period nahi hota bahut logo ki salary kha k baithe hain Over all it is very bad.
