No Skills development program. They give preference to their family members mostly in every aspect. weather is right or wrong. 6-day-a-week culture even though this company works for the US. NO US holidays even indian holidays not cover completely.

Working in DNZ I realised working culture is good, management helpful in aspects of work but management needs to improves salary slabs it means poor salary as compare with other companies. So I suggest candidates if u have even a year of experience don't waste your time to apply in DNZ you will get better options in the market.
