The academy is open to aid &develop the student life for their future. They teaches std 10th &12th class students for Medical &Engineering course. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that marketing the pamphlets high quality seminars, Talents khoj,scholarships tests for the students. Dislikes

Timely salary paid, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9 to 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend parents call in the evening and sometimes late night. Seniors sir do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation calls from the parents ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year.Also,there is no on job training for freshers ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step_ by_ step which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire education field &marketing &distribution as well as manage day to day work.As long as I get to work closely &great experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
