First of all company principles is very good in our company staff like Am & Sm these people's are selected some staff in our stores like f1 officers they have pases to information to above persons in case f1 employes any integrity issue they not seeing those persons in Khammam Store area manager Nakka raju nd store manager Anand those persons are who are not interested our staff those persons moved like transfered to longest places here store culture is collapsed integrity like sa nd our staff moves closely like cal me oseye nd raa these are happens our store coming to appraisal point of view here they are seeing partially who are interested people's like selects some pepoples he gets EE &Cme remining people's are taking Me one thing sir manger level people's changes their mind set overall dmart ataff are not staifyes to higher authority behaviour.....Read More

No one support in DMART, very bad exp in 1year, No HR support no manager support , treat you like a ground staff If any case you resign they cut your hole salary and diduct your amount don’t give you any explanation… Pls do not join .. very bad and poor service
