Everyone and everything. Whole senior team mental torture you harras you daily senior management HR , VP all are ill mannered. Doesn't know how to behave. Seems educated but iletrate. They makes harsh comments about your family , your siblings , siblings salary income and life style in front of all staff because they do ask everything during interview and keep it in writing so they can humiliate you in future and can use you any how. You can imagine how pathetic their VP HR and Regional HR can be who made such policies and who gave them right to ask their siblings life styles and income and make fun of that. Staff salary veryless comparing to other retailers and city . New AP-1 CH working for his personal KRA not for Process or Company growth . Management need to Review it .

IN Dmart all the senior staff is baised being an store HR i complain my senior regarding the store manager , afterthat my store manger gives very low rating to me , i am not saying i am doing very good work as i am learning so many things , but i am working average and they did not confirmed me . Sm says to senior Hr to take resignation from me .
