As a fresher I got chance to working in AEL, working environment is so good work load is distributed and the senior team is very supportive here. Working hours is also flexible.

Staff salary veryless comparing to other retailers and city . New AP-1 CH working for his personal KRA not for Process or Company growth . Management need to Review it .
