Dynamic culture that demands a lot of your time. You will have to make a lot of sacrifice to your personal time and have to lead on the responsibilities given to you. Steer clear of any office politics. Good work get rewarded but the rewards may not be immediate. Important to be a team player in the set up and know more about who you are actually dealing with on a day to day biases before jumping the gun. Do not be afraid to speak your mind....Read More

Dislikes

Top heavy company. HR has almost no power to do anything about the work culture. Weak employee wellness and engagement policies. Bad work life balance. Not much value is given towards skill development. No scope of educational assistance by the company. Sabbatical policies not clear.

No Support is provided by Company during this global pandemic, even they pressurized their employees to travel to office even if work from home can be easily adopted.

Dislikes

Work Culture, No working hours defined. HR has no role to play after your hiring. You Reporting Manager is your God in this organisation, NO SOP followed.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
