It was an excellent experiences to work with DLF at Kolkata. Management of the company is friendly and culture of the group is excellent. Policies of the company is also so good.

Dislikes

Selection of employee is not so good. They always try to bring the employees from Retired Govt. Employees and/or from reliable sources. This is effected a company to bring the best resources from the open market. Also they have no actual pay scale as per company's rules and for that reasons I was earned very less salary apart from other who are not that type of efficient.

Work Details

As I was appointed very beginning when DLF has just started their new division at Kolkata. I have tried my best to do the company right from new setup of a company to all the sectors.
