Working for DLF has been quite rewarding as company to very cautious about compliances and the best practices in every aspect of the business. They have been pioneer in adopting and implementation of newer policies and models. They have paved ways which is being followed by other players in the Industry. COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW.THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH.SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURSSTRAIGHT IN A DAYAS I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT CALLS IN THE EVENING AND SOMETIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.
