Working for DLF has been quite rewarding as company to very cautious about compliances and the best practices in every aspect of the business. They have been pioneer in adopting and implementation of newer policies and models. They have paved ways which is being followed by other players in the Industry. During Covid 19 pandemic, there are taking care of its émigrés by making and following strict protocols, hybrid system of WFH, and supporting falimilies of infected employees in getting appreciate medical facilities. There is no job security for anyone and there is lack of intra-company communication which is very ineffective.
