In a span of 23+ years I had ample opportunities to be associated with a number of Residential , Office and Retail complexes all over India. I had a good team of experts with me whom I handpicked myself. The career growth was satisfactory, work environment friendly and work life balence satisfactory. I worked for a small company before joining DLF in 1994 and went to become a project/city head at the end of my career. Politics was there but which company doesnot, it did not hamper our career significantly....Read More

Dislikes

But not anymore. Management has decided to downsize the company, switched over to outsourcing mode for most of its activities. People was asked to resign as soon as projects are over. Not a good place to start a career anymore.

Work Details

I joined as a project engineer in 1994 in a team of young engineers and started the first Office Complex in Gurgaon on behalf of DLF and went to become a city head in 2010 , a team lead for highrise residential, office and mall complexes in the city.
