The INSTITUTE is very good at technology innovation and quality. The re-hire policy needs to be rethought. Overall it's good. But hardworking and honest should get justice.

Dislikes

Approach towards work force. Compensation is not decent. Not value individual strength.

I have worked without expecting anything in return. I have done some unique work for the INSTITUTE, which really proved to be very fruitful for the INSTITUTE. University related matter was very efficiently handled by me. I have worked very successfully.
