Very good company, and culture, on time salary.no doubt about company only some upper Level manager not good, doing partiality, there is no need of talented people ,if you have a skill of "CHAPLUSSI" for your boss then your a good.

Partiality, management doesn't Intrested to known what happen with ground level employee and managers.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
