No one is supportive at all. Verbal abuse by boss and seniors. Everyone is so possessive about there job that will no one will let u understand how the things work here. Specially that one stubborn girl in dispatch I still don't understand why company entertained this type of people.

The only like is that the hospitality is good.

The work life balance is totally destroyed in the company. Seniors are not at all co-operative also you will not get any promotion or apraisal from your manager/boss, unless you will loose your original identity and confidence after working in diviana. Soo much politics specially in the design department and it is only done by seniors. They don't want there juniors to grow.
