The thing I liked working is I got time to spent it with family. No support was provided to me . Organization layedoff employees in mass during the pandemic.I too get layed off after serving it for 7 yrs dedicatedly and some vague reasons were given.I worked so long because of my parents shifted with me otherwise I could have left the organization

Non transparency in various policies and awards .laying off is like a season in the organisation. No one should expect spending long time in the organisation because of very poor increment and promotion policy. Hard work and sincere teaching is considered very low parameters for growth .HR policies are poor and HR head /personel behaviour is very arrogant and insulting. If are efficient worker than you will get overloaded .Rest employees will enjoy . I observed nobody in the organisation wants to take initiative in favour of organization growth ,the reason is poor vision. Employee promotion and wellfare policies

Nothing much to like in the Univeristy. No job security.No job satisfaction.No growth.Poor employee welfare policy. Univeristy is just a name which it doesn't carry seriously. Dont expect much if even you get a good package in starting because there must be hidden conditions in it which make you suffer long

Maximum of Points are covered under ur FAQ. The most important of the campus is high level social bonding and every authority top most to bottom one is soft spoken. Maximum focus at syllabus content delivery in classroom whiteboards to have a security in job. Students are beyond the imagination on study ,disciplines and at their social culture and behavior.
