please do not join in this company as it is in a total haphazard stage and behavior of owners is bad and unethical. keep on working from 9 to 10pm and even then 20 mistakes are pointed for not working. main aim is to get the work done and fire you. do not join them at junior or senior level

No corporate culture at all except good customer orientation. Your bags will get checked without any explanation. No transportation service is provided. No gymnasium and cafeteria at all. Only a so called canteen which is wide open without any door or coverage except the roof and side walls made of actual teen sheets where labor and staff both eats together. No work from home is there at all. No team outings or corporate gathering except the occasional expo which come from time to time. No health insurance for you and your family members. No focus on employee skill enhancing except Lear while doing the work. No offs at all except the public holidays when the world will be on leave like Holi, Diwali, 26th Jan, 02 October, 15th August and something like that. The management will spy you and your activities whether you are at work or off work by keeping an eye on your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are faot and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics amd the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you vcannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was on formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
