The company is open to innovative and ideal adoption process with latest technology. I love the fact That I am a part of a team that market Reliable with higher quality products and services and has a great client base. As a result, I get travel aboard, especially to the US, CANADA & India. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. I have to attend client call in the morning evening and sometimes late in the night.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
