Department infrastructure are very good to perform the productivity.

Dislikes

Local Staff and operators are not working properly and don't follow HOD and supervision instructions. They have done argument and not given the productivity

HR policy is good but it is just on paper hence it change any time by personnel recommendation.

Very worst working culture, people are terminate for minor mistake Or transfer to any irrelavant department without prior notice. If audit fails, lower level employees force to resign instead of leader / Boss. Upper level leader are very incapable to run company. There is no policy for increment, only 3-4 people got increment among the whole company. Increment not given based on your talent, it give hows you praise your boss everyday....Read More

Work Details

Very poor management. Employees are force to do extra hous without pay. If employees denie, boss start mentally torturing until you leave the job. Even Saturday Sunday also have to come without transport facility.
