There is so much work which is a good opportunity to learn but in a very difficult environment.

Very bad work culture and very unprofessional environment. Even senior management behaves very unprofessionally. Anyone can scold or abuse you at any place be it meeting room or workstation, Infront of juniors or in mail keeping whole world in CC. Managers are trained for micromanagement even at senior level. If you need to survive here, you need to be one of them. Be a micromanager or postman who keeps passing all information from bottom to top. Managers believe in pointing out fingers to juniors and complaining about them instead of supporting or nurturing them. Greater Noida office is a kind of warehouse where you need to work. Workstations are in very poor condition and not hygienic at all. There is only company cafeteria who serves substandard food at higher rate and there is no other option for food or drinks.
