Overall it's not so bad. There are few calls later in night but flexibility is provided.

Dislikes

There is some issue with the onsite folks. Everyone is not so nice. They look upon us as some support people at times. But with all that there are colleagues who respect time limitations and other issues which happen because of a 12 hour time difference.
