Management of Team is very good and overall experience is quite well. Job security is not so good because I am basically on Contractual terms i.e I can't say much about it. Company policies are as the mission continues and grows.

Dislikes

Since last 2 years there is no increment in salary. Overall I am gaining knowledge a lot

Work Details

I have to focus daily on the solid waste Management. Collection of waste from households and commercial areas is being taken daily and sweeping daily two times a day is going in proper way and all the waste collected has to disposed by unique methods.

No system for employees development, no performance based increment, no annual salary increment for employees working since 3-4 years.
