Likes

Event management and proper administration departments are too good. And Managers were helping people like a friend.

Dislikes

Week off : instead of taking week off I'd worked all days in months but didn't gave extra salary for week offs.

It was good experienced with company and fully learned new things and enjoyed with colleagues.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
