This is the most disappointing place to work. Niftians, pls dont waste your time working here. Pathetic place to work. A typical Lala company.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Strict timings. Too much interference in work. Lala company. No job security. Only people who can flatter the bosses survive here.

Late owner of the company is good persion. He knows how to treat workers.

Dislikes

No career growth, No job security, fake people (Designing HOD) , 100% politics, they treat their workers as a donkeys. At the time of interview they tell you that they increase your salary after trial period but after trial period over. They still don’ Increase it.

Work Details

I’m a graphic designer there. I’m handling buyers like Zara, mango, orsay, C&A, H&M, Veromoda etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
