I worked here for 2 years, None of the managers are professional bunch of headmaster running a school. they treat you like labour. Average Appraisal is really bad no chance of growth. Number of stable employes are very low it indicates bad policies of company, most of the employees resigned within 1-2 years which results in lack of the skills in company. It is worst to work with these kind of company in which 90 percent employees are unsatisfied and working here because they are not getting job anywhere....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
