Excellent work environment with many other amenities for student development. Dikshuknagar public school always play a vital and a very prominent role in sculpting students future according to their desire. It always has taken its role in avoiding the further spread of covid 19 by conducting online classes, and for stuff it provides a sanitized environment to continue the classes.

Dislikes

Less salary growth.

Good & Enthusiastic . Teammates are supported & the management is efficient due to lockdown they're unable to pay full salaries . Some of the .employees are removed from jobs. . .

Nothing to say the only reason is due to covid I am jobless.its a good institution They pay salaries in time. I felt very happy in working there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
